Working closely with clients and other team consultants, feasibility reports are put together outlining the development of the project brief and program, which are formulated and represented graphically through feasibility option studies.

Following the project brief the concept study boards include the initial drawings that synthesise the client requirements represented in sketches, graphic media, 2D drawings and 3D models depending on the level of complexity of each individual project.

Using computer generated image technology and rendering software, 3D models are visualised and presented to clients as powerful tools to inform design decisions, maximising the potential of each proposal, and to be used for commercial purposes.

Planning and Building submissions are prepared for any type of application including extensions, new build structures and Listed buildings. The process involves production and submission of drawings, documents, reports and the coordination of other consultants.

Liaising with specialist consultants to inform the technical design study, detail drawings are conducted along with bespoke interior and millwork designs to ensure that every project detail is thought through from concept to construction.

Completing the tender package, clients are advised to invite trusted contractors to tender for projects. Tender reviews are carried out, followed by the clients’ selection of preferred contractor and contract documents are compiled.

Managing the implementation of the Building Contract, construction site visits are performed to review the project progress, meetings with consultants and contract parties are conducted, contract matters are dealt with and on-site resolutions are applied.

Tailoring construction design services to suite contractor needs. These include preparation of shop drawings, as built drawing packages, red line drawings, site utilization plans, RFI reports, on-site supervision and coordination of sub-contractor execution drawings.
