Client H&S duties include:

• – Appointing or ensuring the appointment of the Design and Execution H&S Coordinators
• – Providing all relevant project information to the project parties
• – Ensuring the preparation and implementation of the H&S Design Plan and H&S File
• – Securing the H&S File upon completion of the project for maintenance or future works
• – Notifying the relevant District Labour Inspection Office of the construction site
