ADAPTABILITY

Context

Each project is studied diligently with respect to its unique location features. Alongside the brief development thorough research of the site and the challenges of the broader context, as well as providing adaptability throughout the design process, reinforce a holistic approach to achieve a responsive building for all end-users and its surrounding environment.

INGENUITY

Design Tools

From an early stage and throughout the design process the fundamental approach is to explore, test and present creative design solutions using 2D drawing skills, 3D modelling, rendering software, photo and video visualization and prototyping to enable clients to understand and experience the most suitable proposal.

COLLABORATION

Team Approach

Equipped with knowledge and re-interpretation of structure, materiality, space and light the focus is to provide integrated and deliverable design solutions in any location in cooperation with selected professional and specialised consultants on a respectable team-based approach.

INNOVATION

Technology

The use of REVIT modelling software as an integrated approach to BIM design, from inception to implementation has provided significant benefits not only for managing, presenting and maximising the potential of each proposal but has also led to tangible benefits for the efficient delivery of projects.

INTERPRETATION

Research

While sustainability, technology and materiality are part of the key research areas to achieve continuous professional development, best practice building design and place-making research forms a crucial part of the development process. This involves travelling locally and abroad to study and test current socio-cultural trends and innovative design solutions.
